  • How much does it cost?
    1:1 Coaching is currently $200 per month or $500 for 3 months. The Membership is currently a monthly fee of $25.
  • Do you have payment plans?
    There are weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payment plans available for the 1:1 Coaching. If this is something you are interested in, we will discuss this at the initial set-up. My Membership does not have payment plans.
  • Will I have access to the program after I am no longer a client of yours?
    Unfortunately no, as I have limited spots open at a time.
  • What type of goals is your coaching for?
    All fitness goals are welcome from weight loss, to general health, to wanting to gain muscle.
  • Do you provide refunds?
    No. Refunds are not offered for 1:1 Coaching or the Membership.
  • Will I have access to you to ask questions if needed?
    Yes, you will have access to me with 1:1 Coaching and the 8 Week Challenges. However, 1:1 Coaching Clients will receive priority and will receive an answer first (within 24 hours) and Membership clients will receive an answer within 72 hours. I do work in the medical field full time, so questions are typically answered early morning, late afternoon, or on weekends.
  • How is your fitness programming different from others?
    You will not only be a client working with me, but also a friend. You are not just a number to me. I genuinely want you to achieve the fitness goals you have and want you to learn something through working with me. If you don’t learn anything, then I didn’t do my job right. You will receive my undivided attention and my 100% effort to provide you with the best experience and programming possible.
  • What are your certifications?
    I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine/Exercise Science. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE. I am a retired collegiate athlete, so fitness has been a part of my life for 20+ years.
